Figure Skating
Physical Therapy
Figure Skating is a unique sport that requires both Athleticism and Artistry. Our physical therapists can provide specialized treatment for injuries typically seen in figure skaters, such as patellofemoral syndrome, muscle strains and sprains, Tendinitis, stress fractures, concussions, and post-surgical rehab.

Our clinic provides various treatments, such as ultrasound therapy, cold laser therapy, and neuromuscular stimulation, as well as specialized manual therapies. Our unique progressive exercise programs include strength, mobility, and flexibility training, pilates mat and reformer training, and figure skating-specific functional retraining. We work closely with each skater in one-on-one sessions to identify and address their unique issues for a full return to sport. Many of our patients feel they return stronger and more confident than before their injury.
