Exercise Bootcamp

Better Balance Bootcamp

If you are not actively working on your Balance, you are losing it! This class is a 6-week boot camp exercise program to improve your balance and reduce your fall risk. 

Senior Chair Yoga

Held at the Webster Rec Center, this class is great for all fitness levels.  There is NO cost for this class, but you are required to join the 55+ Lunch Club through the Webster Rec Center.

Theraband Strengthening

 Perfect for all fitness levels, these classes use Therabands to build strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.  Great for most all fitness levels.

Community Talks

Our group of specialized physical therapists and massage therapists can come and speak to you group with topics of:

  • Injury Prevention

  • Pain Reduction

  • Stress Reduction and MORE
